Latest News - Operation of FKWJ-1.5 Underground loader

Safely and correctly operation is useful to guarantee and extend the LHD loader's lifetime, reduce breakdown, customers should operate it according to this operation manual strictly.

2.1 Safely operation

2.1.1 The driver must undergo technical training, familiar with the structure of the loader's principle and performance , known as the relevant regulations and rules and regulations, can be checked and ruled out a general faults, the operation of skilled .

2.1.2 The person must be designed to perform a given machine , prohibited non-professional drivers driving job. The loaders personnel use, single personal is prohibited to operate this machine。

2.1.3 Drivers should go through downhole safety education, understand the extinguishing principle of various flammable, will be the proper use of fire extinguishers and master method of equipment fire put out

2.1.5 Workplace should have sufficient lighting, and only allow 36V voltage for lighting, not allowed to use open flame for lighting

2.1.6 The loader must be of good lubrication and cleaning, at the same time machine should be parked

in ventilated, dry, good and the place will not be impacted by exploding.

2.1.7 Before the loader go into working place, driver should be carefully inspect tunnel top plate, rock output tow.

2.1.8 There must be 4 device mounted near the well gate: loader No., person in charge, handrail, red warning mark.

2.1.9 Person under the lifted bucket must be prohibited.

2.1.10 Parking on slope ramp or inspection while loader is running is prohibited.

2.1.11 Loader can not be started before all breaks are fixed, loader must be kept clean. Oil leakage or bolts loosen is not allowed.

2.1.12 Explosives, detonators or other inflammable, explosive can not be carried by this mining loader.

2.1.13 Only one person can be carried by this LHD loader.

2.1.14 Driver's hand, arm, head etc. Must be inside the driver cab to avoid wound.

2.1.15 Keep slowly driving while the tunnel is narrow, peacefully steer the loader. Keep whistle while its dark.

2.1.16 This loader can not be used for other vehicle.

2.1.17 Drive carefully, abide by rules and procedures, concentrate.

2.1.18 Driver can not put hand or arm on the operation handle, as the hydraulic system is not fixed.

2.1.19 Road must be kept flat and clean, in order to run smoothly.

2.1.20 Keep the bucket bottom up while the loader is running so that the bucket can help park the loader when encounter dangerous.

2.1.21 Press the park braking button when park. Necessary to use a chuck stop the wheel when park loader on slope ramp.

2.1.22 No smoking while adding oil and loader is running.

2.1.23 When doing air inflation for tyre, the person must stand in the side of the tire, in case of any hurt by retainer ring.

2.1.24 Person standing on center axle area between front and rear frame is prohibited. Safe connection rod of the center axle must be connected when load is running and before transporting and lifting.

1.2.1.26 All electrical components must be safe, the insulation layer or outsourcing of the electrical components can not fall off or be cracked.
